  1. 1. the right education and qualifications?
  2. 2. any relevant experience?
  3. 3. any of the special abilities I'm looking for?

Interests *Point1

Most sports, meditation, reading novels, listening to music, cinema, socialising with friends

Personality *Point2

Reliable and organised, good team member, approachable, friendly and sensitive to others, a good communicator.

Yes, sure! Nobody wants to employ a drone. if you're interested in sports, reading, let's hear about it. But please do not write 'Interests : Travelling'. I like travelling, who doesn't? But it's got nothing to do with working for my law film. Even worse is ' I spent 3 months in Thailand in 2004.' Who cares? If you lived abroad, fine, but we don't want to hear about your last holiday.

Point2: Personality(自己分析)自分の強みを上手にアピール

OK but this is a bit of a game. I know that you're not going to say 'a bit lazy, easy-going, enjoy a beer with my mates'. You're going to be 'goal-oriented, a good team player, have initiative'. I'll take all this with a pinch of salt but it's useful to know what you see as positive qualities for success.

You don't have to write any sentences in an English CV, it's all in note form, columns and tables. You can write a sentence or two about your last job perhaps, but why take the risk? Yu might make a mistake with one of those terrible articles or prepositions we all love so much. You need to write plenty of sentences in your covering letter, but that's another story. We'll look at that another time.
